Shipping policy

Shipping Locations

We currently ship within Canada only. Orders placed on ThisThatPlace.ca are fulfilled and shipped from our Canadian warehouse to ensure faster delivery and no surprise duties or import fees at checkout.

Processing Times
Orders are typically processed within 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). During peak periods, processing may take slightly longer, but we’ll always do our best to get your order out quickly.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Times
We offer the following shipping options at checkout:

  • Standard Shipping (3 to 7 business days): Flat rate of $14.90

  • Express Shipping (1 to 3 business days): Flat rate of $21.90

  • Free Shipping: Orders over $100 CAD (before tax) qualify for free standard shipping

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location and carrier delays.

Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number so you can follow your package every step of the way.

PO Boxes & Remote Areas
We do ship to PO Boxes and remote locations across Canada. However, delivery may take longer in some regions.

Lost or Delayed Packages
If your package hasn’t arrived within the estimated time frame, please contact us at cs@thisthatplace.com and we’ll do our best to help track it down or file a claim with the carrier if necessary.

Order Changes & Address Errors
Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. If you need to make a change, reach out to us immediately. We are unable to modify the address once the order has shipped.
