We are fully committed to the high quality of our products. If you ever find that one of our products does not perform as promised, simply contact us or one of our official dealers.

If your product has problems and does not meet our standards, we will find a suitable and adequate solution. In other cases, we will offer a repair for a reasonable fee. Please understand that we cannot be held liable for damage caused by improper use or the natural lifespan of the product. If you have any questions, simply contact us or one of our certified dealers. For international warranty claims, the customer is responsible for the cost of shipping to our warehouse, import fees, customs, duties and VAT.
